Youth leadership team

Enrich MS is a Mississippi registered nonprofit and approved charity organization with a mission of providing a community supported youth enrichment education program committed and dedicated to engaging and informing youth, parents, schools and community partners. 

Enrich MS’s Youth Leadership Team focuses on peer to peer prevention which is highly effective.  Our youth leadership team is comprised of 5th-12th grade students in North, Central and South MS.  We are constantly expanding this group. These leaders must be brave to speak up about issues their peers face like vaping, suicide, and substance abuse. 

Our youth leaders have opportunities to illicit positive change in their communities with our mission! Our members get opportunities to meet peers across the state, discuss ideas, and further their leadership skills! Their duties involve developing social media content to be shared on the Enrich MS social media pages, speaking to groups, brainstorming ideas for outreach, talking to their peers and much more!  We also  implemented an evidence based curriculum called Catch my Breath towards the end of 2020 and is free for all schools.
